From Rs.200 a month to where I stand today
A farmers son — roots in the soil
Born into an agriculture family in rural India. My father devotion to his land — tending it through every season, harvest or bare — became my earliest and deepest lesson in karma yoga.
Mathematics teacher — St. Thomas High School
Began career as a Mathematics teacher. The classroom planted a seed that never left — the desire to teach, to guide, and to watch someone understand something they could not understand before.
BPO — delivering requirements for Microsoft
Joined the BPO industry working with Webhelp and Transworks, an Aditya Birla IT company, delivering requirements for Microsoft. First exposure to large-scale client delivery and international standards.
IT career — Satyam Computers and Tech Mahindra
Joined Satyam Computers, later Tech Mahindra. Delivered requirements for Fortune 500 clients including Barclays, GSK, Mastercard, Cisco, GE Power and British Petroleum. Over twelve years of high-stakes enterprise delivery.
First Sudarshan Kriya — the turning point
Experienced Sudarshan Kriya for the first time under Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar ji. The transformation was profound and immediate. Began volunteering and supporting Art of Living programmes alongside the IT career.
Yoga teaching begins — voluntary, in corporate spaces
Started teaching yoga voluntarily in corporate rooms and offices while still working full time in IT. E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications followed. The mat became the second classroom.
Left IT — certified Art of Living teacher — Navyoga founded
After 12 years in enterprise IT, committed fully to yoga, healing and wellness. Became a certified Art of Living teacher with the blessings of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar ji. Founded Navyoga Wellness in Hyderabad.
Sound healing and Rakkenho certifications
Completed certifications in both sound healing — Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and gongs — and Rakkenho Japanese energy healing. Integrated both modalities into Navyoga Wellness programmes.
